Our attorneys provide legal consultancy to Chilean and foreign companies within the fields of commercial, corporate and labor law. The attorneys complement their professional activities by teaching at the Faculty of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and they also actively participate in company boards fulfilling the regulation in this matter. Through a cooperation agreement with the law firm “Scheffler-RA” in Munich, Germany (www.scheffler-ra.de ) and due to a contact network with other offices in Southamerica, the United States and Europe, we provide legal advice to investors in Chile and/or Chilean companies that require legal consultancy abroad.
